About Dr. Branden M. Welch

Dr. Branden M. Welch is dedicated to providing polished and sophisticated dental services tailored to meet the unique needs of each patient.
Dr. Branden Welch is originally from California. As a youth, he spent much of his time ocean fishing, learning new languages, and volunteering with vulnerable populations across the Southwestern United States. Dr. Welch received his Bachelors Degree in Biology and Pre-Medical Sciences from Bowling Green State University in Ohio, and went on to receive his Masters Degree in Advanced Organic Chemistry/Pharmacology from Bowling Green as well. Upon graduation, Dr. Welch embarked on two years of overseas service with the United States Peace Corps, serving in the E. African nation of Tanzania. Dr. Welch was part of a U.S. Special Diplomatic Envoy to assist with Tanzania's shortage of school teachers due to the HIV/AIDs epidemic in 2009.
After completing his overseas assignment, Dr. Welch attended the #1 Ranked Dental School in the World: University of Michigan School of Dentistry. He received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery. Dr. Welch moved to Michigan in 2014 and had been proud to call Michigan home ever since. Dr. Welch has been the recipient of multiple awards for patient care, as well as his academic and leadership achievements. Dr. Welch enjoys all aspects of dentistry and especially enjoys oral surgery and implantology. In his free time, Dr. Welch enjoys collecting vinyl records, kayaking, backpacking, foraging for wild food, attending live music events, eating ethnic cuisine, and traveling the world.
